Seri muhakeme usulü, itham pazarlnn bir türü olarak deerlendirilmektedir. usulünde üpheli daha az ceza almak için usulün uygulanmasna ilikin teklifi kabul ederek savclk makam ile anlamaktadr. Bu süreç mahkeme tarafndan denetlenmektedir. Savc ve arasndaki anlama onaylandktan sonra üpheli, sank olmadan mahkum olmaktadr. usulünün balca faydalar, dosyann hzl kesin sonlandrlmas, masraf gerektirmesidir. tham uygulanmas failin, suç ikrar gerekmektedir. Oysaki seri 5271 sayl Ceza Muhakemesi Kanunu m.250’de “suç ikrar” yerine teklifin edilmesinden bahsedilmektedir. çalmada usulü teklifini etme, suçunu etmek midir ikrarnda bulunmak gerekir mi sorular aratrlmtr. Sonuç yürürlükteki düzenlemeye göre etmenin anlamna gelmedii bu koulunun zorunlu olmad kanaatine ulalmtr.

A prevalence survey in Kabul City showed that 2.7% and 21.9% of persons have active leishmaniasis lesions or scars, respectively. Incidence of disease was estimated to be 2.9% (29 cases/1,000 persons per year; 95% confidence interval 0.018 to 0.031). Disease was associated with age and gender; logistic regression analyses showed significant clustering of cases.
